This is a no pressure intro session! We are not sales people, we are trainers who truly care about improving our members' lives. First, we will start with a simple conversation. What are you looking to get out of our fitness program? What are your fitness goals? What areas specifically can we help with (more strength, nutrition plan, etc.)? From there, we will give you a tour of our facility and talk about how it can help you reach your goals. We will discuss our CrossFit training program and how we are very different than most gyms. After your tour, you will complete a very basic CrossFit workout so you get an idea of how our program works. Following your workout, we will talk about how you can get started with one of our membership options. Ready to go?!
