Starting March 11th we are going to dive into the christian study book Virtuosity.

This 8 week experience will encourage you to live a life that is set apart in the areas of humility, discipline, grace and more. You will be challenged to do the common uncommonly well."
The way the book lays out is that everyday from Monday to Friday you have a small daily reading. At the end of the week there is a video recapping and focusing you on the topic for the week and also offers a CrossFit WOD. On Fridays at 7:00pm at Mighty Warrior CrossFit we are going to meet, watch the video, discuss the weeks topics and challenges and then attack the WOD as group. Our first meeting will be on March 11th to go over instructions for the study, meet everyone involved and of course tackle a very easy and basic CrossFit workout. Then we will start the daily devotionals on March 14th.

This is an 8 week program and each week you will have a 5 daily readings and then we will meet on Fridays at 7pm to discuss. The book is designed to be geared towards men but we are going to shift the focus to both men and women for our small group. Please feel free to invote anyone you think would be interested as everyone is welcome to take part and being a member at Mighty Warrior CrossFit is not required.
